Using eGlobalDepot.com
Shopping for Cars, Boats, Planes, Helicopters, Motorcycles, Residential Real Estate, Commercial Real Estate, Apartments and Condos.
Step 1: Click on a category on our home page that you are interested in searching for.
Step 2: Enter in all of the information in the Required section. We need this information to search for ads that you are looking for.
Step 3 (optional): Enter in any information under the Optional section. This helps us narrow down the search results to exactly what you are looking for.
Step 4: Click on the Submit button at the bottom of the page to begin your search.
Step 5: If you see an ad that you are interested in, simply click on the picture of that ad to view more details and more pictures.
You may also click on one of the sort functions at the top section of the search results page to sort by price, model, year, mileage, etc.
How do I place an ad?
Step 1: Click on one of the categories on our home page that you are interested in placing an ad for.
Step 2: Click on the orange button at the top of the page that states “Sell Your _____.”
Step 3: If you are not registered, you need to do so first. This allows you to create an account with us so that we can have the ad registered to you.
Step 4: Selected an ad package that you would like. You can choose from Silver, Gold, and Platinum ad packages that all have different benefits and options.
Step 5: Enter in the information about your ad. Once finished, check the information you have entered to make sure everything is correct.
Click Upload at the bottom of your screen to upload pictures of what you are selling. In the pop-up window, select Browse to find the pictures on your computer. You can also add more pictures for a small fee if you would like. Once finished, click Submit.
If you agree to the Terms & Conditions, click the checkbox next to “I agree to the Terms & Conditions” and then click Next.
Step 6: If you would like, select some additional options that we have to offer. You can select bold text, red bordered ad, and/or additional pictures to help get your ad noticed more and stand out from the rest.
→Once you have selected the additional options that you would like, select Continue.
→If you do not want any additional options, select No Thanks.
Step 7: On the Confirmation page, double check the information you have entered. This is how your ad will appear once it is placed.
→ If all the information is correct and you are pleased with everything, you can select Checkout.
→ If some information is incorrect or you would like to change the pictures you have selected, select Edit.
→ If all the information you entered is correct and you are happy with the pictures you have uploaded, but you would like to place another ad, select Create Another Ad. All of your work that you have created so far will be saved. If you need help again placing another ad, please follow the steps starting at Step 4.
Step 8: Please enter in your billing information so that we can apply the appropriate tax information to your order.
Next, view your order summary. If you would like to edit something on your order summary, please select the yellow pencil. If you would like to delete something off of your order summary, please select the red X. If you have a coupon code for a discount, enter it in the blank field and select Apply to update your order summary.
→If you would like to create another ad, select Create Another Ad. If you need help again, please begin at Step 4.
Finally, enter in your credit card information and select Checkout at the bottom of your screen.
Step 9: Congratulations! Your ad is now complete and displayed on eGlobalDepot.com. If you would like to view your ad(s) that you have placed, select Click here under “Thank your for posting an ad with us.”

How do I change my information in my account, such as my phone number and/or address?
First please log in. After you log in, you will be automatically brought to your Account Information page. If you are already logged in, select My Ad Space in the green box below “Seller Logout.” Here you can edit all the information in your account.
How do I check my email or send out emails?
You must be logged in first. After you are logged in, on the sub-navigation bar selected Email. Here you can navigate through your inbox, send emails internally, or delete messages. This emailing system is only for internal emailing. In other words, you can only email other users registered to eGlobalDepot.com.
- Using your Inbox
You can view your inbox by selecting Read Messages. If you would like to read a message, simply click on that message.
- Deleting Emails
While viewing your inbox, click on the box on the left of the email that you would like to delete. You may select as many as you would like. Once the emails are selected that you would like to delete, click Delete Message above next to Read Messages.
- Sending Emails
Click on Send Message in your navigation bar. In the To: field, enter in the username of the user that you would like to email. Do not enter in any @ symbols, for example joesmith123@eGlobalDepot.com or yourname@yahoo.com because this emailing system is for internal emails only. That means only registered users of eGlobalDepot.com can send emails among one another
What if I see an ad that I am interested in and I want to come back to it later?
We added a special feature just for that exact purpose! You first have to have an account with us so that the ad can be saved under your favorites list in your account. When you are viewing the ad, simply click on the Save to Favorites blue button at the bottom-right hand of the screen. A pop-up window will appear stating that this had has been saved to your favorites list.

How do I look at my favorite ads?
If you have saved ads to your favorite list by selecting Save to Favorites while viewing an ad, then you can view them later. You must be first logged in to view your favorite ads. After you are logged in, select Favorites in your sub-navigation bar.
How do I view the ads that I have posted?
After you have logged in, select View Ads in your sub-navigation bar. You can also make the sub-navigation bar appear by clicking My Ad Space in the green box at the top-right-hand corner of your screen. Here you can view your ads, edit your ads, and renew your ads.
How do I renew my ad?
Step 1: After you are logged in, select View Ads on your sub-navigation bar. If you are viewing other pages, select My Ad Space in the green box on the top-right-hand of your screen to have your sub-navigation toolbar appear, then select View Ads. Find the ad for which you would like to renew then select Renew your Ad to the right.
Step 2: Enter in your billing information. Next, review your order summary. If you would like to edit something on your order summary, select the yellow pencil next to that item or if you would like to delete something off of your order summary, select the red X. If you have a coupon code, enter it in the blank field and click Apply to update your order summary.
Next, enter in your credit card information and select Checkout. Congratulations, you renewal is complete.
You will also receive an email to your personal email account provided to eGlobalDepot.com when you registered 3 days prior to your ad’s expiration. In that email, you will be provided a link to renew your ad.

eGlobalDepot.com does not take part in the sale of any ad. Therefore, you must use your good judgment when looking to purchase or sell. We do our best to make your experience with us as enjoyable as possible and here are a couple of tips to help keep you safe and protected against fraud:
- If it sounds too good to be true, it probably is.
- Compare prices to similar ads to see if the offered sale price is good, bad, or too good to be true.
- eGlobalDepot.com never gives recommendations, approvals, guarantees of any sort in the sale of an ad so if a seller tells you that they are approved, backed, guaranteed, or recommended by eGlobalDepot.com, do not believe the seller and report them immediately to ReportFraud@eGlobalDepot.com.
